Done! I can see this coming in handy for my witch-werewolves when they get the munchies after a transformation. Tell me if you come across any problems.
I modded the break-up interaction so it is available at any relationship level so long as there are committed relationship flags. There are three outcomes: “bad breakup” happens if Sim A has poor relationship with Sim B (dictated by STR, because I figure a bad breakup can be very heat-of-the-moment so it’s how Sim A feels about Sim B in that moment that should matter). If Sim A has a good relationship with Sim B they’ll try to be gentler and use the OFB lay off employee animations: if Sim B’s aspiration is good they’ll take it relatively well and just be disappointed, but if it’s bad they’ll be angry. If they take it well Sim B won’t run off to cry or move out and their kids won’t react – everyone still gets memories so they might have a cry later, but it’s a lot less dramatic.
I included two tuning variables so you can decide what constitutes a “good” vs “bad” relationship/aspiration level. The default values are 0 for both, meaning Sim A will only be mean if their STR to Sim B is negative, and Sim B will only react poorly to a gentle breakup if their aspiration is red. Lower values means more friendly breakups, higher values means more bad breakups.
Teens also get the benefit of being able to break up whenever, but their animations/relationship hits stay the same (their anims are already less dramatic-looking than the adult bad breakup anims, so I figure it can just be chalked up to teens being dramatic). Also, I made both tests check for all three commitment flags (engaged, married, going steady) for both adults and teens; the main goal was to make it compatible with adults go-steady, but I guess if you have engaged/married teens you’ll find that useful too.

Comes in two versions, one found with beds because that’s where I want it and one found with dressers because if I understand correctly that’s where you want it.

With this mod, Sims (townies too, if they aren’t young adults) can receive wants or fear slots, or locks while growing up, depending on the aspiration bar level. This mod also disables receiving wants and fear slots along with locks as university bonuses but it does not remove them if they were received before.
When a Sim grows up with a red aspiration bar level, they will get a 4th fear slot – if they haven’t received it yet. When a Sim grows up with a high enough* aspiration bar level, they will get a want slot or a lock:
A Sim receives a want slot when a difference between their want slots number and their locks number is 3 or fewer, and their number of want slots is at most 5.
In other cases, a Sim gets a lock.
A temporal want slot being a vacation benefit called Carefree doesn’t count up to the number of want slots.
Take in mind you don’t get any notification when a Sim gets an extra want or fear slot, or an extra lock.
The mod comes in 2 versions that differ in the high enough (*) aspiration bar level: platinum and gold. Use only one version at a time.
You need to have at least one expansion pack or stuff pack installed to be able to use this mod.
Known bugs When a Sim having 6 want slots and 4 fear slots gets a 7th want slot (as a temporal vacation benefit), the 4th fear slot gets hidden until the 7th want slot disappears.
Conflicts This mod can conflict with mods that modify general university notifications, or that change the way of receiving want or fear slots, or locks, or memories of growing up.
University of Life by Pick’N’Mix doesn’t conflict technically but conflicts ideologically with this mod, although theoretically they can be used together and still work properly.

Okay, actually it was among my long term plans, so I was happy about this request! They’re for teens, adults and elders, have the appropriate morphs. They come in the original 3 colors, and you can choose if you want the other ages slaved to the AM ones, or not. And they’re also categorized as outerwear 🙂

It’s two recolours of the top only 4t2 SP13 TopOnly DressVest by WeBluePeace, and also in the full body version by Whysim, so you have options. There are two vest colour variations, both taken from the original EA colours. Meshes by @webluepeace and @whysim are included.
