I just remembered I never shared this! It’s a wedding chapel I made for Romeo and Juliette’s unfortunate wedding in my game – I made it CC free in case I ever wanted to use it in the future. Not my best preview work, but you can grab a copy yourself if you like 🙂

Features a glass roof, a dressing room, toilets, a fancy altar, a facilities outdoors for the post-wedding party (champagne, cake, buffet, violin, etc.)

I built a cafeteria-style restaurant last night for boolprop’s latest Let’s Build It round . It’s functional if you stock it with food, much like a bakery.

Sharing it here as a kind of belated followers gift; I hit 700 about a week ago, and I haven’t shared any buildings in a while. I’ll also try post a couple more lots I’ve had sitting in my game for a while, but never took any pictures of.

The Bookshelf – CC free, 1×1 community lot.
Built with the Ultimate Collection.
Tested and everything works as it should (though the bathroom doors will get stuck open because those rooms are so small). As an un-owned business, Sims can buy magazines, drink coffee, play chess, and read of course. There’s a snack machine, too. I haven’t tested it as an owned business but I think it would work well. That way Sims can actually come and buy books!

Oh my Sweet Will Wright!!!! This is awesome!!!!!

Mind = blown!!!

I want this in my game. I need this in my game.

A downsized version of my Capp Manor, for an anon who requested it. It’s now on a 3×5 lot rather than a 5×5, as I’ve removed most of the front yard! This should ease the load on lower-end computers a little, although they still might not like that landscaping so feel free to revamp as needed!

The terrain looks a little funky since Capp Manor usually sits on a hill and bringing it forward messes with that a bit, but hopefully it’s not too bad.

🥐 Little Corsican Bistro 🥐

I present to you, my Little Corsican Bistro.
It is my recreation of the Little Corsican Bistro from The Sims 3, in Sunset Valley. This is only a shell as of right now and has nothing inside the building. So far it is only decorative.

It is on a 30×50 sized lot, although it only takes up 20×30. I was having issues with using the Lot Adjuster to trim it down so I left it as is. Feel free to trim it down if you can make it work.

It is completely CC FREE.

Make sure you use caution and Clean Installer when putting this in your game.

A set of beach hut apartments I made this weekend, inspired by the nice summery weather we’ve been having here! These could probably also work as holiday rentals/hotels, but I rarely play with vacations so you’d have to set that up for yourself. No actual beach included (or pictured, apologies for the mountain climate of my test hood), but can be placed opposite a beach for a cute effect!

Each hut comes with very basic facilities – single bed, shower, toilet and mini fridge. Most of the huts don’t have an actual stove so you’ll just have the use the outside grill! I’m noticing now that there aren’t any sinks in most of the huts, so in hindsight maybe I should have put the showers outdoors and given them sinks in their huts? Ah well, there’s nothing to stop you moving things around to suit you. Rent comes to a tiny $275-$357, although this might be higher if you rent furnished!

Ecological Guru – 2×2 lot for TS2. Built using the Ultimate Collection. Minimally furnished, costing about 92K.

This is part of my Super Career series of lots. (captioned photos)

So this is a career that kinda confuses me. How someone who does experiments in animal crossbreeding and unnatural botany can become this superhuman environmental activist is beyond me. Maybe they did a little experimenting on themselves! Anyway, I went with the environmentally friendly thing when designing this house because Eco Guru wants us all to recycle. Lead by example, I always say.

Note: The greenhouse roof clips into the second and third floors (really, Maxis?). So you’ll just have to keep the roof disabled when inside!

Known “issue”… Sims attempting to watch the fish end up doing it from inside the tank because of how I have them set at an angle and clipped into each other.
